Turning Untold Stories Into Movement

This isn’t just about music. This is about memory. Movement. Mental health.

At Irojim, we use storytelling, voice, and sound as tools for healing and connection.

We’re a creative house rooted in the belief that everyone — especially those from BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities — deserves to feel seen, heard, and whole.

Through live events, immersive experiences, music licensing, and creative strategy, we help people and brands transform untold stories into powerful movements.

We were built for the ones navigating trauma, identity, and silence. The ones who never saw themselves in the spotlight. The ones holding beauty in their brokenness.

If you can cry, you can sing. If you can feel, you can heal.

And your story? It deserves center stage.

Meet Our CEO & Founder: Mijori Goodwin

Mijori is a visionary architect of culture, business, and sound — part strategist, part storyteller, all heart.

She works at the intersection of mental health, music, and identity, building bridges between art and healing. Her purpose is to turn untold stories into movements and help people remember the power they hold in creation.

At the core of everything Mijori does is a deep belief in authentic humanity: vulnerable storytelling rooted in real experiences. Whether through curated live events, immersive media, music production, or strategic creative development, she designs spaces where people feel seen, safe, and inspired to tell their truth — or at least stand in the light with her.

People have described her events as “accidental therapy sessions.” And honestly? That’s by design. Mijori lives for those moments when gears start turning, when someone recaptures their hope, or when she hears something like:

“You gave me permission to be myself.”

That one sentence still fuels her fire.

Mijori’s mission is not just to create — it’s to co-create spaces for reflection, resonance, and reconnection. She amplifies the unheard, elevates the unseen, and reminds us all what it means to be human.

“When I first heard Mijori sing my soul stirred. Her voice, her ability to wield it and the depth of storytelling that comes through the words that flow from her soul into the space around her”

— Toni Short, CEO & Founder, Spirit Sister Stories
